  1. To copy Contact information:

  3. 1. Open the Detail View for the Contact whose information you want to copy, or select the Contact in the List View.

  5. 2. Choose the appropriate command from the Edit menu's Copy Contact Info submenu.

  7. The Contact information is placed on the Clipboard. To place the formatted Contact information into a document, switch to another application and choose Paste from its Edit menu.
